 If you like one of the choices I send you then  the next step is to visit the property. I can arrange with any other agent or Broker on Staten Island for us to visit it. I can also assist you in preparing  a bid proposal if you strongly desire to purchase one of the properties you visit. Please do not contact the owner directly since homes on the Multiple Listing System are toured only via an agent and with the owners permission.

If you are serious about purchasing a home  their are two important things you should do.

First, you should get "pre-qualified" for a mortgage. Our Mortgage affiliate can do this if you are interested in a property.  Sellers take your bid proposal more seriously if you have a pre-qualification letter from a bank or mortgage firm. 

Second, you should act quickly when you see a home that you think satisfies  your needs.  Once a home hits the market and it is properly priced it can bought quickly.
