There are many sites which cover the financial aspect of making a purchase. Warning: Mortgage information sites do not cover every aspect for every situation. I recommend that you just use these links to get an idea about the costs but always go to a Mortgage Professional, as well as , a real estate Attorney to get a better idea of the costs involved. Keep in mind that a "pre-qualification" letter will go a long way to having your purchase offer being taken seriously. Many sellers insist on a copy of the "pre-qualifying letter" when the offer is made.
