Can I Find Homes from the list of all homes for sale in the Staten Island Multiple listing System
Will you keep track of homes for sale to find a home I specify?If you specify the type of house you are looking by filling out the following form I can search the Staten Island Multiple listing system (MLS). I will let you know when one comes on the market as soon as it does so that you can have a chance to see it in a timely manner.
Where can I find detailed information about the Mortgage process with extensive Calculators to help give me an idea of the monies involved?There are many sites which cover the financial aspect of making a purchase. Warning: Mortgage information sites do not cover every aspect for every situation. I recommend that you just use these links to get an idea about the costs but always go to a Mortgage Professional, as well as , a real estate Attorney to get a better idea of the costs involved. Keep in mind that a "pre-qualification" letter will go a long way to having your purchase offer being taken seriously. Many sellers insist on a copy of the "pre-qualifying letter" when the offer is made.
